General Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator/Scheduler will provide project coordination support in a small business Federal Government contracting environment including planning, tracking, analysis and reporting.

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years direct experience.
  • Prepare cost, schedule and technical projections
  • Track actual fund expenditures and milestones against projections and forecasts.
  • Prepare reports for submission to the Government.
  • Provide regular updates regarding program status.
  • Prepare materials and participate in monthly Program Management Reviews.
  • Prepare materials for Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Reports.
  • Establish and Maintain Integrated Master Schedule leveraging Microsoft Project.
  • Microsoft Project experience with Earned Value Management a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
